  • Took the brand from an email-based, 8-user project request silo to a streamlined, 150-user, global project request and tracking system in Smartsheet, increasing speed, accuracy, and accountability for creative projects

  • Scheduled and produced photo shoots, assigned projects to design and production teams, strategized with them on execution and process, tracked and reported on projects, cleared roadblocks, and secured high-level and third-party approvals to make delivery dates - 1,700 projects in FY17; approximately 2,000 in FY18

  • Consolidated brand-wide, unmanaged digital assets into the brand’s first Digital Asset Management solution, Globaledit. Established file naming conventions, standards, and best practices for use by global, internal and external customers

  • Kept the creative department’s production, headcount, and equipment costs to budget
