  • Grew and led an incredible Creative Operations team, including: in-house packaging design, print production, visual merchandising, studio production, and digital asset management, raising the level of service to internal and external customers.

  • Implemented Project Management processes & systems: Employed cross-functional partnerships and my strong understanding of the creative services to inform and build processes. Took the brand from an email-based, 8-user project request silo to a streamlined, 150-user, global project request and tracking system (in Smartsheet). The results were increased speed, accuracy, and accountability for creative projects, and valuable workload and efficiency data.

  • Consolidated, catalogued, and controlled brand-wide assets: Studied and polled internal teams for how to make asset search intuitive and fast, setting the course for metadata, filing standards and naming conventions. The result was a central Digital Asset Management system (in Globaledit) that I implemented to empower our teams around the world to find what they needed, and put it into play to drive sales.

  • Paved the way for creativity, managed a multi-million dollar production, headcount, and equipment budget. Improved service and quality – at a savings – by building a full-time, in-house retouching team. Balanced project assignments for design and print production teams, and strategized with them on execution and process. We increased partnership and communication between Marketing and Creative, and the result was better, faster creative executions, cleared roadblocks, and expedited approvals. 1,700 projects in FY17; 2,000 in FY18
